Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hijabs once they have been opened or worn.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
• The item is defective
• The item is damaged upon arrival
• An incorrect item was sent

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Sale items are final and non-refundable
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
